You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of the delivery date of your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration will not be accepted for return or exchange, and we reserve the right to deny any return request that does not meet these eligibility criteria.
Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including custom or personalized storage baskets, as these are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold. Additionally, clearance or final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. This will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the step-by-step process outlined on our website. You will need to provide your order number and details about the reason for the return or exchange, such as a defect, wrong size, or change of mind. Once your return request is submitted and approved, you will receive instructions on how to package and ship the item back to us. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product.
When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit. We also ask that you package the item securely to prevent damage during shipping—reusing the original packaging is encouraged when possible to minimize waste.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our facility), we will notify you via email to confirm whether your return has been approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment processor, and it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
For exchanges, if the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you as soon as your returned item is approved. You will not be charged additional shipping costs for the exchanged item, unless the new item has a higher price than the original—if so, you will be prompted to pay the difference before the exchange is shipped. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund instead.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged or defective item (and packaging, if applicable) to help us process your request quickly. We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice.
